Final Step® Sanitizer is a concentrated, quaternary ammonium-based sanitizer formulated for use on food-contact surfaces, utensils, and equipment where sanitization is required. It is designed for use in commercial food-service environments, public eating places, commercial sinks, and on dairy and food-processing equipment and utensils.
The product is designed for use with the Optifill™ dilution-control system, which dispenses the product at the manufacturer's specified dilution. At the recommended 1:2500 dilution, the product yields a solution containing 200 ppm active quaternary ammonium compound.

Applications

Directions & Dilution
Use only according to the current manufacturer's product label and instructions for use.
When used through the Optifill™ system, the manufacturer's specified dilution ratio is 1:2500, producing a solution containing 200 ppm active quat. Do not manually alter the dilution or use the product at a concentration different from the manufacturer's labeled instructions.
For food-contact applications, follow the manufacturer's label requirements regarding cleaning, sanitizing, contact time, and any applicable draining or no-rinse requirements.
